AUV Flight Services was started in 2011 as a UAS support services company to assist companies fly their unmanned systems with the help of a professional operator. As more and more services were requested, additional personnel were added as both full time employees and contractors. By late 2013, AUV Flight Services purchased a local Tucson area flight school to bridge the gap between manned and unmanned systems training.
