ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Accounting:- Creation and ongoing maintenance of portfolio investment master records.
- Processing of trades from centralized and decentralized exchanges.
- Reconciliation of cash, positions, and profit & loss (P&L) across multiple exchanges, wallets, and custodians.
- Valuation of investments across diverse asset classes.
Fund/Investor Accounting:- Recording of fund operating expenses.
- Reconciliation of operational bank accounts.
- Calculation of investor-level fees, including management and performance fees.
- Expertise in investor performance metrics, such as high-water marks, hurdle rates, and the crystallization of incentive fees.
- Preparation of financial statements and portfolio schedules.
Onboarding:- Assisting in the onboarding of new fund launches and client conversions.
Experience and Skills:Advanced Excel Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functionalities.Communication Skills
: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels.Education
: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
