Job description
Financial Oversight:
Own P&L responsibility for the portfolio; work with business leaders to establish annual plans, and manage achievement of aligned up on revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets.Leadership Development:
Manage and support the leaders of each portfolio company. Serve as a coach and accountability partner.Performance Management:
Track and drive KPIs across businesses. Identify underperformance and work collaboratively to implement turnaround strategies.Strategic Planning:
Partner with company leaders to develop growth plans, capital investment strategies, and operational improvements.Reporting & Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact between the individual network companies and Teamshares. Prepare and present regular updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.Synergy & Optimization:
Identify and drive cross-portfolio synergies (shared services, procurement, best practices).Governance & Compliance:
Ensure that all businesses are operating within legal, ethical, and financial standards.
