We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Digital/ Performance Marketing & to drive user acquisition through performance marketing and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who can drive paid campaigns efficiently while also identifying and managing high-impact partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across X (Twitter), Meta, Google and other relevant channels
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROAS
- Work with internal & external agency/teams to develop engaging ad creatives & copies
- Leverage programmatic and affiliate marketing to expand reach and improve acquisition efficiency
- Utilize data-driven insights to experiment with new audience segments, creatives & targeting approaches
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners to drive customer acquisition
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, tech, analytics) to align partnerships with broader marketing objectives
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in gaming, fintech, or e-commerce)
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, X (Twitter) Ads Facebook Ads, Programmatic channels etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Good communication and data analytical skills
