You will play a key role in shaping the infrastructure behind one of Europe’s most advanced lending products. What you can expect:

Define product vision and strategy
: Own a key domain and develop a roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Translate ideas into features
: Turn complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories with measurable outcomes.
Lead agile workflows
: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, run sprint ceremonies, and foster continuous team improvement.
Collaborate across disciplines
: Work closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to build scalable, high-impact solutions.
Use data to guide decisions
: Analyze feedback, KPIs, and market trends to continuously improve your product area.
Deliver outcomes
: Ensure timely release of high-quality features that balance innovation, usability, and technical feasibility.
Communicate clearly
: Act as the main point of contact for your product area and keep stakeholders aligned and informed.

Your profile

Proven product ownership experience
: Several years of experience in agile, cross-functional teams.
Technical understanding:
Familiarity with modular platforms and the ability to collaborate closely with development and data teams.
Agile expertise
: Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
User-focused mindset
: A strong desire to build products that solve real customer problems.
Clear communication skills
: Ability to convey priorities and decisions confidently in English. German skills are a plus.
Analytical thinking
: You make decisions based on data, not assumptions.
Hands-on attitude
: You take ownership, drive results, and enjoy shaping digital products.
