Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
Maintain business records, schedules, and databases with accuracy
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up on pending tasks
Organize meetings, draft minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups
Support sales, marketing, or operational activities based on department needs
Act as a point of contact for communication between various departments

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a similar coordination or support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
