About the team + role:
The PeopleX Transformation team at Robinhood works cross-functionally to digital enablement, automation, and continuous improvement to support Robinhood's strategic PeopleX goals and operationalize a best-in-class employee experience.
This role is responsible for leading a high performance team that manages a portfolio of high-priority, high-visibility projects within our People Operations ecosystem, with a primary focus on International expansion, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), AI and Machine Learning, and System and Process Optimizations for our HR services. You will collaborate closely with internal partners and XFN partners, particularly Corporate Engineering. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, structure and a consultative approach to their work.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
