Tempo is a high-performance, payments-focused blockchain built as a collaboration between Paradigm and Stripe.

Today we’re five people. We’re looking for our first marketing hire: someone who will define and own the way we present ourselves to the world.

This role will report to Tempo’s CEO, and will work closely with our engineering team and our investors.

Responsibilities

• Own Tempo’s product positioning and brand voice across multiple channels (website, social media, events & conferences)

• Create launch strategies for mainnet, major protocol upgrades, and new features

• Create case studies in partnership with key customers and promote use cases powered by Tempo

Qualifications

• Strong product marketing background, with expertise in fintech/payments and/or crypto

• Ability to understand crypto-native technical specs and translate them to a broader audience

• Experience marketing to a Fortune 500 audience

• Prior experience managing a team is a plus
