The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $180,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level, but not location (within the US). The salary range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Our total compensation package also includes: tokens + equity compensation, benefits, and eligibility to participate in the annual equity and token refresh grant programs.

Mysten Labs believes that decentralized and open protocols are the bedrock of the internet of value. This is why at Mysten Labs, we are creating foundational infrastructure to accelerate the adoption of decentralized protocols based on blockchain technologies.
Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, this role will provide strategic and executional support to Walrus, the recently launched decentralized data layer. One of the founding members of a small marketing team, this hire will represent the fundamental values of Mysten Labs: solving big problems, carrying the box and operating with integrity.
This hire will play a cross-functional role, sitting at the intersection of highly visible and crucial teams, including Marketing & Communications, Partnerships, Product, Legal, and Leadership. While this role focuses on Walrus, you will collaborate closely with various members of the Sui ecosystem, including the Sui Foundation.
