About the Role

We’re looking for a Operations & Purchasing Coordinator to join our Procurement Team in Nieuwegein.
In this role, you’ll generate, track and manage supplies, purchase/production orders. Coordinate inventory management and assist in reviews, audits and other admin tasks inherent to the role. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Purchase & Production Orders:

  • Generate, track, and manage Purchase & Production Orders in Marley Spoon’s ERP, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery.
  • Support daily supplier relations to ensure the timely delivery of the product; resolve shipping issues, manage purchase order changes, and review monthly scorecards to implement necessary corrective action plans (e.g. delivery times or quality improvements).
  • Review, track, reconcile, and approve invoices in conformity with the received product.
  • Assist Category Managers to resolve item and vendor issues where stock and service levels are not being met against established inventory plans.

• Coordinate Inventory & Suppliers:

  • Support Strategic Sourcing in preparing periodical supplier performance reviews and internal meetings.
  • Responsible for reporting in Purchasing KPIs.

• Good analytical skills and intermediate user of Google Sheets/Excel.
• Process and information flow understanding.
• Driven to achieve the highest quality in daily work.
