Building Alta Grid, an early-stage startup using drones and computer vision to help U.S. cities see the real condition of their infrastructure. Today, most of that work still happens with a clipboard or a truck. We're 10x-ing something better, with pilots already underway in in 3 U.S municipalities. Across every role I've held, in surgical AI, in digital health operations, in the Israeli Air Force, I keep coming back to the same kind of work: problems that live across product, operations, and technology, and the challenge of getting the whole thing to actually drive value together. I like being close to the real system. The CV model, the mission plan, the operator workflow, the customer conversation. These are one problem, not four, and the most interesting answers usually show up in the seams between them.Early-stage work is where there's nowhere to hide from any of that. You either build something great that holds together end-to-end, or you don't. That's the kind of building I am doing, and it's why Alta Grid exists.
