Sr. Director, Data

With over two decades of experience in data roles, I am passionate about using data to drive product, operational, and business decisions in the tech industry. As the Sr. Director of Data at CircleCI, I oversee the strategy, operations, execution, and R&D of the Data team, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to power the business and product with data. I lead and coach a team of data analysts, data scientists, analytics engineers, systems analysts, and systems developers who work across various areas: product analytics and experimentation, AI/ML, GTM/G&A analytics, analytics engineering, and GTM systems. I build data cultures. More importantly, I strive for deeper analysis and understanding over pure reporting. I always look to increase the footprint and impact of data as a platform and as a catalyst of change — from analytics to standalone data products to AI/ML-powered features.
