I am a Deaf creative leader with over 15 years of industry experience, blending inclusive design, technology innovation, and storytelling to engage diverse audiences and drive meaningful impact. My visual language skills allow me to synthesize and simplify complex information, a strength showcased in the corporate-wide resources I developed for Amazon, which remain in use today. Currently, I lead teams of art directors, copywriters, and designers at the Brand Innovation Lab, leveraging Amazon’s extensive advertising tactics. I also spearhead Amazon’s pioneering in-house American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting agency, an initiative featured in Forbes that opens doors for people with disabilities across the company. Outside of work, I enjoy building with LEGO, tinkering with cars, and working on projects in my barn.
