For nearly two decades, I have been troubleshooting and programming software. I began with resolving computer issues for friends, and family as a kid which developed into a pastime of developing quirky games and eventually obtained a Computer Science degree My affair with Linux and open-source began while developing automation and control systems for embedded devices been a Linux desktop user since 2009. (I use arch BTW) I embraced the startup life of uncertainty and high risk by being the engineering co-partner of Keywee and nowadays Anyword bringing both products from inception to being industry leaders. While doing that I transitioned from an individual contributor to a leadership position and gained experience in hiring, mentoring and managing both engineers and managers Throughout my journey, I realized that what matters to me the most is making an impact I happen to be good at doing that through code and technology however, they are merely a tool for driving the success of businesses.
