20 years in sales strategy and operations scaling SaaS, AdTech, Monetization, and Messaging businesses at Google and Meta. I’ve recruited, built, and supported sales and operations teams across the technology landscape, with a focus on business development, strategic partnerships, pricing and discount strategy, new product introduction, and payment and billing infrastructure to accelerate software adoption. I have succeeded at bringing start-ups and early-stage business to scale, generating hundreds of millions in revenue growth. With a reputation as a visionary leader who possesses exceptional team building and communication skills, and an ability to bridge the gap between sales and operations, I excel at aligning cross-functional groups to solve impossible problems through consensus building and prioritization. I am passionate about developing high-functioning people and teams, and empowering them to succeed by establishing clear vision, and creating a culture of trust, accountability and collective growth.
