I’m a pragmatic HR leader with over 15 years of experience leading and operating People departments across cutting-edge tech and big pharma. I’ve spent the last six years driving tech innovators—Web3 Foundation (Polkadot), NEAR Foundation, Matter Labs (zkSync)—after a decade in global pharma leaders like Bayer, MSD, and Biogen. I build HR that moves fast, cuts inefficiency, and secures top talent. This unique combination brings the ability to translate operational discipline into environments where speed, clarity, and autonomy are non-negotiable. My edge is merging tech’s relentless pace with pharma’s precision. I’ve led HR to grow teams by over 150% in under a year, operated HR & payroll across 30+ locations, and built systems from the ground up for distributed workforces. Unconventional thinking cracks tough problems, and my direct style keeps momentum high. Focused on impact over process, simplicity over complexity, and outcome over optics. Strong ability to partner with technical founders, boards, and high-merit teams in environments where trust and delivery matter. I’m wired for companies that prize execution over bureaucracy — where HR must be built as a force multiplier, not a gatekeeper.
