Personal achievement is great, but success is never sweeter than with a team to share it with. I identified this in the early days of my military career. From that point forward, I have always sort out opportunities to recreate that sense of fulfilment. Now I build the Technology, Commercial, Operations and Leadership teams in the Web3 space and it has become an obsessive passion. With the experience of standing up and leading the People & Talent functions for 2 of the top organisations in DeFi, Maple Finance and Ethena Labs, I'm confident my experience, skills and network are as good as anyones in the space.
