With a background in music, it's safe to say that I have had a nonlinear but extremely enriching journey into tech. I am currently the Head of Operations at SZNS, a web3 start-up that has built an NFT collective ownership platform and a trustless NFT trading protocol. My core competencies include project and program management, operations, data analysis, platform development, and content marketing. At SZNS, I manage team sprint cycles across product, design, engineering, and growth, building the SZNS and Sail platforms from the ground up. I am also responsible for all company operations, including equity management, payroll and expense management, financial reporting and corporate taxes, HR, legal & compliance, and company culture. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in music, research, and publishing, and I speak Korean and English.
