Chief of Staff | Business Operations I've made a specialism out of being a highly effective generalist, strategist and implementer. With over 20 years of global experience across a range of disciplines and industries, I am able to develop and implement operational procedures, lead cross-functional projects, drive strategy and execution, build partnerships, identify opportunities for growth and connect the dots across multiple departments to improve alignment and efficiency. I am curious, entrepreneurial, adaptable and solution-driven, with strong communication and decision-making and high-level EQ. I strive for excellence and I thrive on navigating through ambiguity and complexity, with a preference for the fast-growth global startup environment. When I’m not rolling up my sleeves at work, you can find me exploring the world, enjoying nature with my dog, Woody, or with my nose in a book (and a flat white or glass of albariño in my hand). Specialities: operations, optimisation, project management, strategy, corporate communications, events, brand, startups, entrepreneurship, technology, partnerships, leadership, team management, mentoring, networking, web3.
