Extremely motivated to constantly develop my skills and grow professionally. I´m looking back at over 20 years experience in developing people and designing new services in the aviation and air cargo industry. My vision is that job and career are no longer associated with effort and duty, but with ease, joy and passion. After building my first company, When I studied, entrepreneurship had me. I am passionate about building (tech) companies, together with amazing people. I can empathize with the minds of entrepreneurs. I know the issues, problems and worries. Furthermore, I´m reliable and hands-on. Who likes to think out of the box in order to find creative solutions. My purpose in everything I do is to enable growth.
