With over 16 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, I’ve built my career around connecting exceptional clinicians with meaningful opportunities — particularly in Emergency Medicine (EM) and community-based care. From 2008 to 2022, I proudly represented TeedCo. Healthcare Recruiting, where I developed extensive expertise in Emergency Medicine recruitment — working closely with hospitals and clinicians to ensure the right fit for both patient care and organizational success. My time with Opportunity Healthcare (OHC) broadened my perspective even further. There, I specialized in placing Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) across FQHCs, rural health centers, tribal health programs, and community health organizations. This experience deepened my understanding of the vital role these facilities play in serving underserved populations — and the unique challenges and rewards that come with recruiting for them. Now that I’ve returned to TeedCo., I bring together both worlds: the depth of experience in Emergency Medicine recruitment and the insight and empathy gained from working in FQHC and community health settings. I’m passionate about building lasting partnerships, understanding the human side of recruitment, and helping clinicians find positions where they can truly make a difference.
