Peter Thiel famously said, ‘Every moment in business happens only once.’ At 18, I joined the Pakistan Military Academy as a cadet, rising to the top and even being selected to represent Pakistan at West Point in the US. But by 20, I was out of the army (That's my Steve Jobs story) I decided to study computer science in Canada, juggling classes with jobs as a sales associate, snow shoveler, dishwasher, and some crypto losses along the way! Then came an opportunity: a role at a startup, Koii Network, where I began as a software developer but soon moved into operations. When tough times hit and people left, I found myself stepping up as head of operations. I had the privilege of representing Koii at events in Canada, Singapore, London, and Lisbon, a life-changing experience. During a brief sabbatical back in Pakistan, a friend had a horrific experience with a ride-hailing service. I realized then that nearly every woman I knew had a story about feeling unsafe using these services. Despite the outcry, nothing was being done to address this issue. It felt like a calling, and I founded PinkFly, a ride-hailing service to make women feel safe, comfortable, and empowered.

“To feel emotionally connected is like decoding a string of bytes.” This line defines my approach to Business Development: forging deep, human connections that transcend barriers—whether technical, cultural, or structural—to deliver results that matter. In a space defined by protocols and products, I prioritize people. I approach BD not as transactional outreach, but as a discipline of trust-building—identifying shared values, aligning incentives, and forming partnerships that move ecosystems forward. It’s this human-first lens, even in highly technical contexts, that consistently unlocks growth and long-term value. As a senior Business Development and Infrastructure Ecosystem strategist operating in Web3 since 2022, I bring a track record of designing and executing growth frameworks for early-stage protocols, infra networks, and DAOs. I work across technical and non-technical domains—bridging founders, devs, and partners to drive adoption, integrations, and strategic positioning across chains. My work is powered by a purpose: to solve poverty and elevate human well-being. In the next decade, I will launch Philanthropy Venture DAO—a decentralized fund designed to back mission-aligned, on-chain nonprofit dApps. Among these will be a platform that pays people to read and meditate, offering an economic model for wellness and personal growth. I believe in building with empathy, scaling with clarity, and driving systems change—one authentic connection at a time.
